Mirrors explores reflection - between acoustic and electronic sound, between composition and interpretation. Built around the classical guitar as its emotional core, the album moves through intimate, minimal landscapes shaped by looping and subtle electronic textures.
For many years, my work revolved around performing the music of others on the classical guitar. In time, I became increasingly drawn by creating my own arrangements, eventually leading to original compositions. And when the sound of the guitar alone no longer felt enough, I said: "OK Computer" and allowed myself to be carried away into the world of samples and synthesizers.
Within these recordings, traces of nearly every stage of that journey can be heard.
